Once you book your appointment, we’ll email you the necessary forms so you’re ready to go.

first visit

During your initial consultation, you'll meet with a doctor to thoroughly discuss your health history and create a personalized plan to support your wellness goals. This appointment includes a comprehensive exam and, if clinically appropriate, an adjustment. The visit lasts approximately 45 minutes.

second visit

At your next visit, we'll review the findings from your consultation and discuss personalized care recommendations. We'll walk you through what to expect during care, explore payment options, and answer any questions you may have. This appointment also includes your second adjustment! Please budget 30 minutes for this appointment.
